:-X there is a program that i use called 13 key click....it mimics your mouse clicking...All you do is put the mouse in the column where the okay button is for ranks, and then put a pen cap in your enter button and watch the 21s fly by.....heheheh :-X

its not using the glitch. It actually clicks like your mouse in the column not pressing the 1 key.....

works fine for me...i went from rank 20 to rank 30 last night...

not a program if youre putting a pen cap on the enter button.

just line the arrow up to click okay during in between games then hold down enter.
