Endgame isnt too bad either

MarioKart for the Wii is awesome.  :D

GTA IV's good too. The cops come chasing me every 10 seconds though it seems. I've probably run down close to 1000 people.  :ll :ll

The one thing I don't like about GTA4 is the lighting. Everything is so dark.

My son plays a lot of military games and has been asking about GTA.  I keep hearing it's very inappropriate for teens.  Is it language, violence, nudity, all of the above?

It's all about the things you mention. I would give it a "R" rating. 17 and older.

Language - YES
Violence - YES You can pretty much kill anyone you want.  :ll
Nudity - Yes. There are some raunchy scenes where the controller starts vibrating.  :ll You can't really see anything though. There are some clubs too in the game.

Thanks for the information/warning... He's 14 and of course, the other kids his age are telling him it's awesome, and "not that bad."  I won't be allowing this one for awhile, thanks again!

Our FIOS TV provider has a show called Life School.  My son loves watching that.  Have you guys seen it?  All about how certain games were developed.

If you see it, maybe check it out.  They talk about how they got certain ideas, what they wish they had done differently and a lot of the episodes have tips and hints on the games.
