I've done pork roast, bbq ribs, bbq pork sandwiches, pork chops fried and stuffed. Need some new ideas. Hubby has ulcers so can't do spicy foods. Other than that like most anything.

I posted a peach glazed pork chop recipe few days ago,  gonna give it a try myself tomorrow.   You can look for it under the what's cooking forum.  Otherwise I'm not much help,   I mostly just do roasted pork anyways.

My first husband made orange juice pork chops and they were delicous. I've tried several times and could never get them right. I haven't had them since he pasted away. If anyone knows how to make them, I would love the receipe.

I get pork loins and make a rub for them.  If you get the smaller ones they turn out juicy and tender.

Rub:

1/2 c olive oil
big pinch parsley
2 cloves garlic chopped
pinch of thyme
pinch of rosemary

add all those together mix in the olive oil -  rub on the tenderloin
Bake at 375 until internal temp is 170 and enjoy...let the tenderloin rest for 10 mins after you pull it out of oven - tent it with foil to keep warm.  Slice and serve!

Any of your favorite herbs can be interchanged with above ingredients!
