Here in San Diego I called the "info" number to report cigarettes being tossed out the window and got "I am sorry but the number you called is disconnected and there is no new number." I then chased the guy down to a theatre and went off on him by lying and saying my house was one of the 162 that burned just the month before. He lit up while I yelled at him and threatened to call the police - I BEGGED him to call the police. He just went into the theatre and as I went back to my car I realized that I have major anger issues that could possibly land me in jail for assault.

My neighbor got pulled over and ticketed for tossing his butt out the window.  $500 fine.  But this same man, for YEARS, would pour alcohol into his thermos and drive home while drinking and never got caught for that.

Now I know why I like staying home. Most people make me sick
It's a shame to see the earth crumble the way it is....

I guess that's they way the cookie crumbles eh!

Omg, I agree that is funny that dog seems to really not like their training efforts. That is something my dog would do  :)))
