These Cream Puff's are so simple yet very delicious, everyone that eats one will think you worked way harder than you actually did making them.

For the pastry puff:
1 cup of water
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour

Boil water and margarine together. Then add flour. Stir until it becomes paste like. (then take off stove)
Beat in 4 eggs (beat well)
Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. (I use a ice cream scooper to make the puffs equal in size and it also just seems to work better) also if you find that your puffs are sticking to the bottom of cookie sheet spray a very! thin layer of cooking spray on the bottom.

Bake in 450 degree oven for about 45 minutes. DON'T UNDERCOOK OR THEY'LL FALL!!!
Let them cool
Cut the tops off
Clean the insides of the puffs with a spoons (not much to scrape out but you will have some)

For the filling:
2 big boxes of instant vanilla pudding
2 packages of dreamwhip
Use three, 3/4 cups of milk, for each box of pudding (VERY IMPORTANT: DON'T USE 3 CUPS OF MILK LIKE THE BOX SAYS...use three, 3/4 cups.)Use 1/2 cup of milk for each package of dreamwhip
add one teaspoon of vanilla
Beat this until it's firm
You can also use all skim milk.... I make this both ways and it always turns out yummy.

Fill the puffs with the cream and then place the top back on. And enjoy some simple cream puffs.
Enjoy!!
