Heres a recipe that ive been making for a long time now. It might sound gross but trust me, I havent met anyone who didnt like it. There really isnt any set amount of ingrediants, just go by your own judgement.

  Unsalted crackers
eggs
tuna( I use 3 large cans) use what you would perfer
worcestershire ( for flavor)
butter(used for cooking the patties in)
pepper

Crush the unsalted crackers and mix all the above ingrediants together, But dont mix in the butter, thats only for cooking.
You want to make them in the shape of a hamburgar but not thick or big. Just a cute cookie size.
Heat butter in a frying pan or a electirc skillet.  You want to add alot of butter so you can cook the outside to a nice golden brown. Heat should be around 350 if using an electric skillet and on med heat if using the stove. DO NOT ADD ANY SALT!!!! If you do you wont be able to eat it. The mixture shouldnt stick to your fingers too much. Just use your own judgement when mixing the ingrediants

These look quick & easy to make, similar to sal-mon patties maybe? Lotta things I cook, I don't measure stuff, just throw it together.  Think I get that from my mom.   :))   I'll be trying these out.  Thanks Sweet!   :)
