Barnstorm Stack Em Auto Question

every time i restart my barnstorm auto it unregisters not that its a problem since i have the code but does anyone else have this problem with the auto and is their a way to fix it?

Yep, I've had this problem a couple of times. I don't know what causes it. I just re-enter the code and play.
