Registration trouble

Hello. I requested a new password from the replacecode help desk . I got the new password but it still says it is the wrong one. This is for Madjong - I tried redownloading it. I get the same response
denial that code is not valid...any suggestions????

Check your registration code again and request it again.

 :(  I checked the code over again and requested it. Got another one andI still am unable to get the box to take the passowrd without kicking me out.  ::)      this is crazzzzzy.....my other ones work fine

When you open the auto is the registration code the same as the one you sent in?
On some autos they change and you have to keep them open till you get your code back from Badge Help.

I've also had problems, until I noticed that there's a space after the code. When I removed the space, the code worked fine. I have asked for a lost code for Star Stellar for two days now and haven't received any response. I've included the paid receipt from paypal each time.

 Thank You for your Help Marjieeeee  ;D.......You are correct u do have to make sure that code is the same one u send in.  when u enter the password.   I was opening and closing so it got to many different codes popping up.....Thanks again  <3  <3  <3  <3  <3

I am so lost, my husband deleted my password generator link... and i cant find it anywhere where can we find the link to get it up and running again, i know it is linked to email... can anyone help?

It should still be sitting in your email account unless you deleted it from your email box.

I cant find it in the email i found all  my codes from the others i bought before we got the $150.00 i have aol, and guess i forgot to save it becuase it isnt there and stupid aol doesnt have a retrieval for old mail  is there a way to get the link to the generator again?

send an email from the EXACT same email address you've used when you purchased the $150 to badgehelp@aol.com explaining the situation and they will assist you from there.

i know how busy all those guys are i sent like 5 emails in the past month and havent heard back, they are doing amazing things with the generator and everything else they so  they dont have a link somehwere we can find ?  i am so mad at the husband everything is gone hope to god this means i dont have to pay the 150 again i cant find a thing

i dont know much bout aol but when you deleted your mail does it go away are does it go to the trash ben hope that helps

When you're sending your emails, make sure you're not using a program like Incredimail or anything that will add attachments like "backgrounds" or little pictures. Your email should be as close to plain TEXT as possible. Anything else gets deleted which might explain why you haven't heard from them.

gotta love aol when u let your mail sit long enough and it stupidly doesnt get saved it disappears, i just had a nasty ankle surgery and wasnt here for mail up keep  teach me to leave it to hubby to take car of, i just mailed them again along with the only clue i have left of my password generator link, when i was entereing some of the reg codes i printed out the page at the bottom of it was a hugely long hhht address showing the 150 and my email addy but the end of it was cut off i sent that along with what happened i just hope i hear something

This is so unusual as I always have received a response within a few hours in the past. I had purchased the 150 buys them all and attached the paypal receipt, and checked the status of my emails and know they are being read....am i doing something wrong?

i dont know but did you cope and paste it they will not take any mail that has attahment to the hope this helps
