i don't believe it is 18. I don't know myself what the age limit is. They care what people say because there are parents who let younger kids play on their accounts, and religious people and such that doesn't like to hear some things that people want to say....

I looked at the Pogo TOS and age was not mentioned. So I guess as long as you have the money they don't care how old you are. It did say in prizes if you are under 18 and win a cash jackpot you will receive a gift certificate from a nationwide retailer for the amount of win
