losing ranks

hi all i was playing a game and got that crips message and when i re booted i was down 3 ranks omg!! has this happend to

If you go back into a room after a few mins, it should correct your rank.

trying going back to the room you was in when it went down i have had to do the same thing

that happened to me on poppit one time... I had just gotten the duck badge and then the game froze. I left and came back and it said i was on rank 7.. came back and i was back on 11....
