I believe Oscar already said this but delete what you have, restart your computer and download the latest one from BadgeHelp.com

Juniorholic

I've deleted the old version, restarted and redownloaded the new version. My auto works up until it gets to the choose prize..it just sits there and wants me to choose the prize.

I left it one time thinking it was just being pokey, but when I got back two hours later, it was still sitting there.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm running windows xp pro if that info is needed.

Mary

need your puter specs please color bit screen size etc  :(

Windows XP Pro   Service Pack 1
AMD Duron
1.10 GHz
320 MB of RAM
Using Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.1
Screen Size: 1024 x 768
Color: 32 bit

Let me know if you need anything else.

I also have Internet Explorer and it does the same thing. I'm totally confused because it never did this before.

This is the list of computer specs we need

3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6.) What Java you are using?
7.) What agent are you using?
8.) What version number is this agent?
9.) What specifically is the problem?

I don't know what Version 5 Java is but have you tried to change Javas and see if it worked?

Juniorholic

It's the most current version according to sun systems. I don't think it'll let me uninstall and go to a older version. I was looking on their site and I'm only seeing that version.

Ahhhh, I have that sitting in my toolbar waiting to be installed and I keep putting it off.

Have you tried Sun Java with Internet Explorer?

I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and it seems to be working in IE...but not in firefox. I'll just use IE for now. Thanks for all the help. I don't know what the issue was with it earlier.  ** shrugs **   At least it's working now!

You guys are great at responding so quickly!

Tara

I heard someone say if you use FireFox you have to use VM Java not the SunJava

Currently having the same issue.  All of my settings and Java updates are correct.  Everything else is running perfectly (Badgehelp related, that is.)  So it isn't the settings or the PC.  It has to be a glitch within the Auto itself.
