Cheats not working

Hi, please bear with me as I am new on here.

I have purchased a lot of Pogo cheats and yesterday I had to restore my computer to the factory settings so that I could update my Java.  I now have Sun Java.  I downloaded all the cheats I already had and sent a couple off to get the replacement codes.  I understand you can only send 2 per day.  That is ok as I have free use on them till it runs out. 
My problem is most of the cheats are now saying that they cannot find the game window.  I had no problem with this before I installed Sun Java.  I was using Microsofts Virtual Machine for Java.

Can anyone explain what I have to do to get these working now as I am completely baffled.

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?
     8.) What version number is this agent?
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

Color setting is 16 Bit
Screen resolution is 1024 by 768
Smooth edges on screen fonts is unchecked
What Java is Sun Java version 1.5.0

It is happening on all the cheats except for First Class Solitaire Solo.  I only redownloaded them last night due to computer needed to be restored.  I keep getting a message saying:  The agent is unable to find the game window for best results make sure that (the named game) has fully loaded and the whole game window is clearly visible on your screen before you click retry  if the game is running and you are still getting this message please visit www.badgehelp.com/reghelp.htm for more assistance.  The cheats I am having problems with are the following: Panda pai gow poker, aces up, canasta, casino island blackjack, harvest mania, jigsaw detector, sherlock, lottso, mahjong, penguin blocks, perfect pair solitaire, phlinx, poppazoppa, quick quack, squelchies, stellar sweeper, tri peaks, wonderland memories, word whomp whackdown, word whomp, poppit, stack em, ride the tide, payday freecell.

They are all the newest versions as I only redownloaded them yesterday.  They all worked perfectly when I registered them but I was using Microsoft Virtual Machine then NOT Sun Java.

They should still run on Java because all mine do.   Change that 16 bit to 32  and see if that might help

The following cheats now work:  Casino Island Blackjack, Harvest Mania, Jigsaw Detector, Stellar Sweeper, Wonderland Memories, Stack Em and Ride the Tide.

The rest still won't work

Go to http://www.getfirefox.com to download FireFox...

Also, did you change your colours from 16 bits to 32?

Yes I did change to 32 bit and that is when some of them started working, am now going to try firefox have just downloaded it.

Thank you all for the advice so far, YIPEEEEEEEEE now all of the cheats work EXCEPT for Quick Quack and Word Whomp Whackdown.  Should I try to redownload them ?

Which word whomp wackdown auto are you using? If MoleMiner, check the option "Sun" under options.

Thanks BluRaven Word Whomp Whackdown now works.

Anyone have any tips for QuackAttack it loads it all up and then plays one or two ducks then stops completely.  I have tried deleting it, then rebooting the system then redownloading it but still will not work.

 <3 <3 <3  OMG you guys are brilliant, this morning NONE of my cheats worked except for First Class Solitaire..  NOW ALL my cheats work including Quick Quack.
