I have to agree on this one.  Neither works for me.  Jigsaw used too a long time ago.

I have already done specs.

No ms java on my pc.

Is there even a place to get it anymore?

And does it work for all the people that use ms?

neither of the jigsaw auto work for me either. Got 2 puzzles in a row once and nothing since. I have also posted my specs. The trial worked ok but nothing but problems since

I'm not sure. I don't use that java on the computer I'm on right now. Maybe someone who is using it may assist you.

Jigsaw Detector 6.3 works well for me on the Medium speed setting/Medium difficulty Puzzle.
It solves a puzzle in approx. 6-7 minutes, which, if I start a new case before bed, the auto has completed the case by morning.
Here are the settings I use:

Windows XP (SP2)
Firefox browser (1.5.0.1)
Sun Java (1.5.0)
32 bit Color
1024x768 screen size
Smooth Edges of Fonts: Unchecked

Hope this information helps...Happy Cheating!

ty, but I have those same exact setting right now and it does not work, so I am going to try ms java.

I don't know if this will cause a problem but do you have a screensaver or firewall running? I've read that some people experience problems when they have one of these two active while trying to run an auto.

Good luck with MSJVM...
I guess it also depends on the connection (someone was discussing dial-up earlier)...I have DSL
And my computer is new (old one bit the dust) so I am sure it has all kinds of fancy chit on it...I know I use a AMD 64 Athalon Processor...which apparently is very fancy...at least the guy at Circuit City thought so...

That may be it Hippo...I used to use Norton...and it would do all kinds of crazy crap to my computer, and very often, autos wouldn't work...
I use Trend Micro PC-cillin now...and it never interferes...

Runner

yes I do, I have tried it with it off, and it does the same thing.
