I am new to this site. Can someone tell me what this means? Someone told me that I have to post 25 times before I can PM. Im lost!

as for the forum rank changing, you need to have a certain amount of posts. i dont know how many though. im sure someone can tell you.

it might be posted somewhere around here.

You will see a button appear that will say "IM" and it will either be blue (if they're currently online) or gray (if they're offline). Cheers.. only 4 more to go!
