Seen this more than once. This has been a running joke just like the president.

A group of 415 historians have actually predicted that he'll go down as one of the worst presidents ever.  An overwhelming 80% of them said he would, historically, be labeled a failure. 

It took them this long?  I predicted it five years ago.

5 years ago? I predicted it 7 years ago when it was announced he was running!

I knew bush should have been shot sight unseen when he announced he was running.  Gawd.
