72 ban lmao

you know i was chattin one day with someone whom i known since i was a kid she would never report me i don't know whom did though all i did was say bite my azz in those words and exact typing i got the ol ban for 72 hours :(

According to the idiots at TOS, as stated on the site:

we strongly encourage you not to disclose any personal information about yourself in your public communications on our Service. EA is not responsible for information that you choose to communicate to other users on the Service, or for the actions of other users.

So that says..."Hey, we don't think you should give info out, but if you do...we aren't liable."

well, you all probably know how those kids in Checkers are always begging to cyber and stuff... well, I commented on it and I was banned for few months and fought it and they re-opened my account, I was still charged for my renewed subscription to Club Pogo even during the ban, so ended up dishing out an extra $30 for nothing at the time

obviously some people have nuttin better to do than to sit and wait for what they "feel" is an infraction of the TOS and report that to pogo...... Tara is right... best thing to do is just not talk. I may put that in my profile... due to constraints to what can and can not be said in chat, I have my chat turned off to avoid suspension. :oo

I have seens poeple give out there phone number and email address to people in the chat and they ban you for that. They are nuts with these rules.

it doesn't matter what u put because i got another must b using an auto in chat , even though i had what Tara suggested to put in profile lol
i ended up saying this is one of his parents and Ive just reported you for harassment in trying to get my son to chat when clearly we as parents wont let him have chat open , :)) all they done after that was wtg NT pffft not another word about not chatting , so sometimes i think u have to say something cause these ppl are to lazy or ignorant to read Ur profile first . i added to what i said by saying u need to go read pogo,s new TOS :)
