Asparagus on the Grill - Simple Sides

Asparagus. Melt butter. Kosher salt. Brush butter on asparagus. Sprinkle with salt. Grill...............YUMMY!!!!!!!!! O0

Never having had asparagus,I have 2 questions. 1. How do you know when it's done? 2. How do you keep it from falling through the grill?

Never over cook asparagus. No more than 3 minutes on a grill. You still want it to have a bit of crunch to it. At least I do. Don't be surprised if your pee smells funny asparagus will do that.

Yes, it is great that way too! I also pair it with Portabello mushroom caps on the grill....toast italian bread serve it up as a sandwhich with italian dressing and a good italian cheese of your choice. MMMMMMMMMM
