I found this on a message board for a local radio station.  It cracked me up,  :))   so I thought I'd share.

one fairly trained financially responsible boyfriend.

1. house broken
2. answers to his name (most of the time)
3. can cook
4. can do laundry (but skills need a little polishing)
5. bathes daily without being told
6. will clean toilets and dishes
7. can pay bills and balance a checkbook
8. not a sports fan
9. is a bartender (comes in quite handy at times)
10. employed full-time
11. has never been bred
12. knows how to have a good time


free to GOOD home! must be able to give him the care and attention needed to raise a boyfriend. he is self-sufficient but still needs a great deal of affection and caring. he can do all of his personal grooming himself.
he hasn't quite mastered the inside voice yet so, he will need to be trained slightly on that.
I'm pretty sure all his shots are up to date.
he only bites when requested.
from time to time his actions can be considered slight retardation but, it soon passes.
he is not on a restricted diet... will eat almost anything.
he can do many tricks and when left home for long periods of time he can entertain himself and can be trusted not to destroy the house.
he is pretty good out in public. his manners are intact... just needs a slight reminder from time to time.
no need for a leash as he wont run off.
he is very good at keeping things clean and organized... almost anal.
