When i was pregnant and had leg cramps alot at night my doctor told me to eat bananas. They did help! Just adding another use!

banana,s   contian quinine    i think thats what its called and indeed they do stop cramps    ,     add some garlic  n baked beans and ur got a sure fire people mover   ,  or motion detector  :)))
