Bagdehelp not responding to emails

Is anyone else having issues with badgehelp not responding to registration requests (150 members)

How long has it been? I believe you need to give them 24-48 hours to respond...They have lives too.  :ooo

I sent for two replace codes 6/8/2006 and had no problem getting them.  They were prompt as usual.

The last Autos that I purchased were added to my 150 page link. Did you check your 150 page link?

I am having problems myself with them. After the last step it told me I would get my password within 15 mins to 12 hrs, and still have nothing. It's been well over 12 hrs.

i dont understan when you buy a auto you get a link right away to enter code of helper and after you
enter code you get password right away and that is how its been working for me and i bought quiet a few helpers
and always got password right away with their new system :/\

Urmmm, I think that once you have purchased your 150 membership, you then email badgehelp with a copy of your receipt (screen print) and they will send you a page link, where you insert your codes press submit and the codes show on the link within a few seconds a minute at the most.  Save the link in your favourites and as you need the codes open it up input the number and voila there it is for future reference.  You don't need to submit the codes all in one go, as the link is yours forever.
If you mess a code up as I have done on more than one occasion, email badge help (from the email account you purchased them from) telling them which code you messed up, give them the correct code and say in the subject line you are a badge 150 member.  They will resend you the correct code via email.

Oh and grovel a bit  ;)

I'm a 150 member myself and I messed up doing this and Homer helped sort me out.

i wanted to say that i bought a few autos after purchasing the 150.00 pannel my new helpers where not added to my pannel

Not me, I had bought several before I got the 150 deal and always had my code within an hour of purchasing.  When I bought the 150, (I didn't email receipt) and had the link to my page within 2 hours, if it was that long.

I tried to update the Aces Up auto and it only gave me the trial version and my 150 page thingy already had a code in it so I couldn't send off for a new code.  I emailed Badgehelp and I swear in 2 minutes Oscar emailed me back. He reset my page for me so I could enter the new code.  So for all you people saying they don't answer, they always answer me.

You have to make sure you have no attachments on your emails or smileys and all that stuff. It gets trashed if you do.
I think alot of the complaints come from people not following directions. Just my opinion. And because I'm a female, I'm usually right.  :)))

i wanted to quote tara here and add something oscar n them get tired of the same people emailing constantly and they will take care of people in order your email was recived but if you constantly email where is it where is it they will wait awhile to respond to you after they took care of everyone else i used to be like this when i was first a auto hound they like people with patents and will serve them the fastest they do say on there site it does take up to 24 to 48 hours to get back to you

I have purchased well over 20 autos, one at a time.  I nearly always get the pass with in a hour, many time in min.
I would dearly love to be a 150 member, but just don't have that kind of money to spend at one time.  So I buy them as I need them.  One day I too will own them all  :)))

I got a email from paypal saying it was paid for hearts  but the email address  with it is yahoo to  contact  them  is that correct? for some reason   i seem to remember the last one I bought  or i thought the email was aol.

I am still waiting for the code  for Hearts.

My last purchase was May 10, 2006 and the paypal address for Badge help was heypogopal@yahoo.com.  I got the code with in a few min.
So don't be concerned it the payment goes to this address.  The response for the password came from the aol addy.

I just sent in a request to reset an auto on my 150 page,cause i made a boo boo :)) and it got done in 10 minutes!..just make sure you give them all the info needed to help you..badge help is awesome ;:: O0
