Dealing With a Problem Neighbor

This is a common thing in Florida.  People have shrubs trimmed to look like everything.  There was a big commotion over this one guy who had one shaped like male genitals.  A neighbor sued, but lost.. freedom of speech and crap.  I thought it was funny as hell!
