:OO  The older auto did better than this newer version.  sometimes it gets the borders done.. other times.....NO.  Then it will place a few pieces and just stop.  I have stopped it over and over.. changed puzzles... restarted the program.. same problems over and over,  never had a problem like this with their work in the many years I have been buying from them....... :'((

Tamara

Sorry you are having problems.

If you can put your specs. up, maybe we can figure out what is going on with your auto.

1. Operating System (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, etc.)?
2. Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera, etc.)?
3. Color bit (24 bit, 32 bit, etc.)?
4. Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768, etc.)?
5. Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
6. What Java you are using?
7. What agent you are using? (agent is your auto)
8. What version number is your agent?
9. What specically is the problem?

6. What Java you are using? MS
7. What agent you are using? (agent is your auto) JigsawDetector v 6.4 and Sherlock
8. What version number is your agent? ^
9. What specically is the problem? On JD v 6.4 it finishes the border for the puzzle in like 5 seconds, but leaves one piece unconnected, then it doesn't pull the pieces out of the desk.

Sherlock moves all the pieces to the bottom right hand corner, same with the pieces in the desk, then doesn't move, just starts a new game.

Mine are red, dunno what smooth edges are.  ???

Homer

If you just let the auto be it will recognize this and start a new game.

You said that Pogo moved the OK button back in the middle of the night or something right?  If so then 6.4 wouldn't work because it was made to click the button in the top left hand corner, not the middle right?  So if you're back to using 6.0 because the buttons back in the middle, why are you posting about the 6.4?  It doesn't make sense to me. Then you go start another post saying nobody will answer you to the 6.4 question, which doesn't apply to you anymore right?  I'm friggen confusing myself.

Tara Out

It's ok Orion, I just couldn't understand what was going on.  :o   That's just me though, believe it or not, I'm not perfect. I know it's hard for me to believe sometimes.  :)))

HarleyChick

i don't know why we have an OK button on jigsaw now ?? but neither my 6.0 or the new version 6.4 work right with this game. the 6.0 will work if you sit and click the ok button after each puzzle. what did they do  to this auto? :OO >:((

jrzydvl

mine works sometimes  and im using 6.0 i dont know if this will work but try putting the mouse pointer on the ok button and hit it once and then let it run i think thats how mine worked not to sure it was late last night when i was doing it

Mr. Scandalous

Well, I let it do its thing and it did find the new game button when it couldn't fill in the border, but now it doesn't fill in the middle completely and never has. It fills in up to around 38 tokens (puzzle pieces) worth, then it keeps clicking the magnet and the upper right hand corner when the pieces or in the bottom left hand corner. How long should I wait for that to pick them up? I waited for about 2 minutes and it still didn't recognize them, so I've had to finish every puzzle by hand.
