I'm not sure if this has anything to do with your problem but what java are you using?
It seems sometimes jit (aka JVM) works better for the autos. If you want JVM you can get it at: http://www.pogocheats.net/clubcenter.php#doublebrowser.
Also try using mozilla firefox instead of IE, if you are using IE.
Godd luck in getting it going.
Also, if you can answer these questions, we may be able to assist you better:
1. Operating System (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, etc.)?
2. Browser (IE, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera, etc.)?
3. Color bit (24 bit, 32 bit)?
4. Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768, etc.)?
5. Smooth edges of screen fonts - checked or unchecked?
6. What Java you are using?
7. What agent you are using? (agent is the name of your auto)
8. What version number is your agent?
9. What specifically is the problem?

I don't think it is an auto problem, is it?

nope it is a font sizing problem on their puter

ClingFree

I actually know this one .... My gramps has his font set to 'huge as it can be'  because its the only way he can read his email, but thats a different story ....

Try this ....
Open an IE window
View
Text Size

Whats it at?  Try Medium - Works great for my pogo games.

Sincerely,
Still in Training, but really wanted to help.

I'm not sure if this will  help or not , but in firefox browser game window/pop up you can actually  stretch Ur window by dragging on corners .  as far as i know this only works using firefox browser

You can also try going into your account settings on pogo and checking what your game window size is  O0
