Pogo took badge & prize away accused of using auto !!!!

 >:(( I was playing battle phlinx thanksgiving day 2005 and won a $10.00 instant prize.I claimed it right away.&7 days later badge was taken away by pogo saying i never claimed the prize.I emailed EA Sports explained what happened and i was answered back saying i was using auto which i was not....all i wanted to know was how when i claimed a prize and was told by pogo i forefited because i did not claim it and in return pogo switched it all around and said i was using auto.Meanwhile in my email through pogo account i have 52 questions on file which only 3 i sent in the oyher 49 are other memebers questions that somehow got screwed up in my account....finally after 6 months of this BS i get a telephone # to call and finally got someone that actually speaks english with common sense and told me pogo switched there programs around fall & winter of 2005 and a bunch of accounts where crossed including mine.this will take sometime to straighten out....was told to email what happened to me again to EA Sports and things will get straightened out......and once again basic answer came back to auto was used.GEEEEEEEEEEZ .I now give up ...tired of banging head up agaisnt the wall......so becareful all same thing can happen to you also. :ooo >:(( i am sure there are other horror stories about pogo  out there also.good luck all..... :OO :'((

 :xx also the best part i forgot to put in was i asked pogo ...ok...if i am loosing my prize and badge for using a auto...how come i never was warned or suspended from pogo...I have a flawless account....( i really was playing the game) I was told that using auto pogo just gives you a slap in the hand you dont get suspended....do you believe that!!!!!!!!! :)) :)) :)) :)) pogo makes me laugh then :xx :xx :xxpuke.

the sad part is there are lots of other players i bumped into that use autos all the time and claimed prizes no questions asked.........now this does make me want to cheat...... :pp

Sorry that happened to you. I wouldn't even attempt to collect a prize. I don't even want those damn screensavers and wallpapers.

it wasnt the fact of the prize or the money it was being accused of something that i didnt do is what got me angry.....i am a full fledged cheater now.....does not pay to be honest anymore...especially in pogo..... :oo

Is there even an actual way for pogo to tell that someone uses an auto? I brought up my sun java console and cleared the contents. I then brought up a pogo game and watched the console. It gave the usual information. Next I brought up my auto and started it and nothing changed in the console. I let it play for awhile and the only info in the console was their usual jargon that comes up when you play manually. Am I missing something?

It gave the usual information. Next I brought up my auto and started it and nothing changed in the console. $10 can't even buy gas, so it's really not worth claiming. I won $20 a week after I joined and it was gone by the time I got it.

Sorry. Would you feel better if I deleted the smiley face off?   Trust me, you can't get away with using Autos. Pogo knows all and then some.

Pogo has their own java logs for each game.  They can tell if you are using an auto in several different ways.   So if you are using one, don't try to claim any prizes.    I try to keep a low profile so they have no reason to look at my account. 

I rarely chat and I don't run an auto in the same room very long.  If the room has a high score list, I check it every so often.  I don't want my name on there more than a couple of time.  I also watch my stats.  I don't play 300 games in the same room.
