Turbo 21 Upgrade Question

Well what do you know I got a new code today--and it is the same one that I got yesterday and it still does not work!!  Is there some way I can get this thing to work?

You must have sent the same code in. That's why you got the same password back.

Close the auto.

Open it again.

Get the registration code.

Email it to BH

DO NOT CLOSE THE AUTO PROGRAM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

Wait for new password

When new password arrives put it in the program

It will now register

This is how I register programs
Open up the auto.....do not close the auto till you get the code back from badge help
Hit the register button
copy down the code that it gives you
send the code and your receipt to badgehelp
you must copy and paste the receipt in the body of the e-mail
badge help will not accept an e-mail with an attachment
When you get the code back put it in the space provided when you hit the register button
I always copy and paste the codes so I don't make any mistakes.
I have ran into a few autos where the codes were case sensitive so if I have trouble I always try both lower and upper case letters.

If you purchased the Auto, you must have some kind of receipt that was mailed to you.... when I first bought my Autos, I didn't have a Paypal account, but the receipt that was sent to me was just as good.

The game just came out, give them a chance, and Pogo changes things sometimes which can affect the Auto and make it no longer work....the people at BH try their best to upgrade the Autos when this happens.

You need to provide proof of purchase. If you paid using paypal your receipt will be in your history. If you paid using a credit card you will need the transaction ID# from your credit card company.

I believe the person is referring to the old TurboTwister program which will not work with the new game design.

If you paid by paypal it is in your paypal history look at the top of options on paypal a history tab is there.

The problem with looking up your history from Paypal   it only lists from pogopal.. Does not list the auto you brought ..  :-\
