Phlinx to go problem

Hi... I cannot get the game phlinx to go to recognize my name & therefore my game progress once I end game. Everytime I want to play game I have to enter name again & lose any progress in story or anything. Sent an email to pogo support about this & of course they were no help at all.  For other reasons I had even formatted my computer & installed this game as well as other stuff & it didn't make a difference. Nothing is fixing this annoying glitch.

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem & if you did what did you do to fix problem?  I have other pogo to go games & have no problems with them at all. This games are even bought & registered. Any clues??  Thank you for any help.  :)

I don't think many people have the To Go games here. If pogo couldn't help you I don't know you'll find an answer here.

It's pretty sad pogo can't provide technical support for your problem.

All I can suggest is to delete the program and reinstalling it which it seems you have done already.
