Names in 3 colors?

I know HOMER is admin & his name is in orange.

Why are some in GREEN & others in BLUE?
I mean are moderators GREEN?

I know you have some vision issues but the admins are in red and members who have their name in Green are ranks 1-5 in the forum and Purple is for ranks 6-10. Members in Blue are members who have not achieved a rank yet. the first rank starts at 25 posts.
