Did you see where it has an appearance tab also and you can do make up? One of those things were on my screen just sitting there. That's some kind of chat program thing also. It was telling me names of people online. They're probably 12 and I will go to jail if I blink wrong.

Smiley central wasn't messed up until they changed what you can put in the post area. But no one will listen to me. >:D

Well so much for this idea. You won't be able to post your zwinkies in the forum because they are flash files which are too much of a security risk for the forum. It's also probably the reason why the Smiley Central software no longer works correctly. :'((

Although you could create them and take a ss and crop the image etc.
