DotBot probs

Ok..questions..
When I got DotBot ( i am a $150 person) it is not saved in my badgehelp folder. I have to re-download it each time..Is that normal?
2nd..it only works intermittently.. I am using

AOL
Windows XP
Java 1.5.0
my screen res is the suggested 1024x 768 32 bit
not sure what else you need..ss

You have to save the program to your pc.

Do not use AOL browser. Use regular Internet Explorer or Firefox. Make sure your smooth fonts are turned off.

I'm having a problem with DotBot.  It lost 15 games in a row yesterday.  When starting, I had double 5's, and it picked the double blanks!  It does this all the time.  It plays tiles that don't count when I have 'five-able' tiles that could be played.  I'm using the default settings.  One day left to complete this challenge, and I'm in a panic.  Any suggestions?

I have the smae problem, My dotbot is retarded. It cant win a game. Whats the point of a auto if it doesnt do any good? Is anyone going to fix this problem???????

I had the same problem with dot bot. I would let it run all night and it would not win a thing. This is gonna sound stupid, but I always sat in the chair on the right, the other night I tried sitting in the chair on the left and woke up with all of the games finished and the badge in Brandy's account. Maybe it was a coincidence, but it's the the only time the auto has worked for me. :D
