You need to answer these questions so someone can help you figure out what is wrong.

     1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)?
     2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)?
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)?
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)?
     5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked?
     6.) What Java you are using?
     7.) What agent are you using?  (auto name)
     8.) What version number is this agent?  (auto version)
     9.) What specifically is the problem?

hi i cant get mine to work either asks me to start it in my browser but the game up and running
op system: xp
2 broweser tried ie and firefox
332 bit
screen res 1024x768
5 unchecked
6sun java
7double or nothing 1.0

when i open to play game it says start backgammen in brower but it open and running what do i do

Make sure you are using the checkers auto not the backgammon one.

The auto for checkers is autocheckers.

IE is always the default. It amazes me everytime I see people here that wonder why things don't work on their computer when they use something that less than 5% of the population use.

Computers don't come with Mozilla by default.

Always, always, always use the default if things don't work right. Also, always use 1024X768 resolution.

thats why i desperatly need help

it is much faster to use glitch and double brouse I got it for 5 people takes less than 15 min :)))
