please dont use caps sometimes it takes up to 12 hours they are very busy but you will get your codes

Thanks Night, sorry for caps, unfortunatley they sent me a password but now it doesn't match for my code, this happened to me last time too .. grrrr

did you use the free trail up make sure you sent the right code on your auto you may want to send it back throught replacecode@aol.com and send it in again with the the letters from the auto then he will send you another code

Yea, did that, they wanted me to check C drive to see if I had more then one , did that and had only one , deleted it and reinstalled it, and was the same code resent it, Im on the verge of just saying forget it !!

 :'(( yeah I hear ya, just things like this never go well for me, BW autos don't work at all on my computer, and I have no clue why, they use to now it just gives me a time count down then nothing when i Hit start, so things like this just happens to me ..lol

well have you ever given your puter stats on it doing different things may help i had to do a couple things on mine but they work fine

after you send in your code don't close the auto...sometimes when you do that the code changes when you open it again and what they send you won't work

If you have XP you only need to hit the Print Screen button.
