I played T21 just fine this morning, but when i went to Perfect Pair...... the screen is white...... the only thing i can see is the chat area......... what do I do?

Have you tried clearing your cache and rebooting your pc?

I cleared catche, history and cookies rebooted and still cant get it to work....... :'((

You may have bad game files delete them by following the instructions below.

Internet Explorer>tools>general tab>view objects
You will see all the Pogo files.  Delete the T21 file and go back to Pogo and start the game up again

How about Firefox? Have you tried that browser?

I know you have tried sun. How about MSJVM? Make sure you don't have both javas turned on at the same time. After switching javas you have to close your browser and open a new one.

Sorry Im not sure what msjvm is..... I cant get my internet exployer to even pick up any pages but the home page now.... and firefox is working fine, but just wont play that game.  I called my sister and she said she has the same problem....... I talked her into doing that challenge for me, but she cant get the game to work on her computer either... ugg

MSJVM is a java.

Go to Internet Options>Advanced Tab> Scroll down and uncheck Sun Java and under Microsoft VM put a check in the JIT Compiler box only. Click ok and close your browser. Open a new browser and try pogo again.
