That's the only thing I saw that I wasn't sure about. Everything else is right. Sorry maybe someone else knows something to tell you.

I have Norton and it's not a problem for me. Everyones computers are different so I really don't know. You could disable it and just see what happens. People with AOL Browsers seem to have different problems, that's why I asked if you tried IE. You're running something in the background that seems to be messing you up.
