Ive been having problems running my autos since the new gin2 came out. Browser window closing, freezing of games, cripes errors :'((

1.) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)? XP
2.) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)? Mozilla
     3.) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)? 32
     4.) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)? 1280 x 800
5.) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked? Not sure how to check for this 1 :-\
6.) What Java you are using?Sun Java
7.) What agent are you using? pretty much any game I play
8.) What version number is this agent? all updated
9.) What specifically is the problem? get booted out of pogo rooms,  get error message like cripes and unable to connect to server, and game freezing

Its driving me insane, i ran a virus scan, cleared cache, and cookies, ran adware, re-installed my browser, n Java, defragmented my hard-drive....any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated  0:

I had similar problems in the past with Jigsaw Detective, and I solved the problem by removing the bad game files that were on my puter, but that was when I was using IE, haven't a clue how to do it with Mozilla :(

Firefox browser uses sun java...so go to control panel and rt click on the coffee cup icon for Java ..then click on open and delete temporary files to clear your Java. I use the 1024 screen resolution. I hope this helps. Seems like you may be having more problems though

Good luck  O0

Whoops. sorry. I missed your part about running AV and finding no problems.

I would probably change my screen resolution ASAP to the one suggested above and suggested by Badgehelp for all the autos. I would also do the smooth font check and make sure I had gone into Java and removed all the Pogo games from  cache.
This happened to me with one game a few months ago, and it was due to corrupted Java applets. As I recall, I couldn't find the exact problem but knew it was Java related, and I took Sun Java completely off my PC and reinstalled with great results.

I hope you find the source of the conflicts. Keep us up to date. :)
