now my auto is messing up lol in the newly released 3.1 the auto wont play first if their is an empty board. it keeps flashing saying landmark "empty board" not found then goes to reading board then the same error. only when its my turn to play first. if the tin head plays first then it will play fine. ill submit a tsr soon if someone else hasnt yet

Here is what you need to do exactly:

Delete any program you have, reboot your computer and download from http://badgehelp.com the new version. It should say version 3.2

All your autos should work with SunJava..That is what you should be using. Although its good to keep VM (like when we used it to get our extra badges in the Word Search)  VM is so yesterday like Windows 95.
