Halloween "30 minutes or less" Recipes

3    RITZ Crackers
1 Tbsp. KRAFT EASY CHEESE American Pasteurized Cheese Snack
1 tsp. apple peel
3 parsley springs

SPREAD crackers evenly with cheese snack.
CUT apple peel into small pieces for the jack-o'-lanterns' eyes, noses and mouths. Arrange on crackers as desired.
ADD parsley for the pumpkin stems.

1  Tbsp.   PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
3 RITZ Crackers
3 raisins, cut in half

SPREAD cream cheese in ghost shape on top of crackers.
ADD raisin pieces for the eyes.

2  squares   BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate or BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
6 NABISCO Cookies, such as NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, CHIPS AHOY! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies and NILLA Wafers
Decorations, such as decorating gels, assorted candies and chewy fruit snack rolls

MICROWAVE chocolate in small microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min., stirring after 45 seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
COAT cookies with melted chocolate. Place on sheet of wax paper, then decorate as desired (see Tips below).
LET stand until chocolate is set.

3-1/4  cups  cold  milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
20 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed, divided
30 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in half each of the whipped topping and cookie crumbs.
SPOON 1 Tbsp. of the remaining cookie crumbs into each of 15 (6-oz.) paper or plastic cups. Cover evenly with layers of the pudding mixture and remaining cookie crumbs.
DROP remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts. Add chocolate chips for the eyes. Serve immediately. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

2  cups  boiling  water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin
2 cups cold orange juice
1 bottle (1 liter) seltzer, chilled
Ice cubes
1 pt. (2 cups) orange sherbet, slightly softened
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in juice. Cool to room temperature.
POUR into punch bowl just before serving. Add seltzer and ice; stir.
ADD scoops of sherbet and fruit slices.
