Outlaw The Use of Gas Chambers to Kill Pets

Everyday thousands of discarded puppies, kittens, dogs and cats, including those minutes away from giving birth die a horrific, agonizing, and shockingly legal death. They are shoved heartlessly on top of each other into windowless, dark, boxes of death. They are crying, barking, and desperately trying to claw their way out. The hiss of gas is heard and they start to convulse, drool, and bleed from their mouths as they fight for their lives, having no idea what has happened. Some of them do not succumb on the first try. They gasp clean air for a moment, only to be pushed back in and tortured again. This is not a quick death. It is slow, barbaric, and cruel.

Im all for it. But can we use the gas chambers on the humans that create the problem.

That is awlful... there also should be a law against that and a law requiring animals to be fixed!

Im shocked over this. Has our world gone mad? How can any normal person on earth kill an animal in such a heartless fashion!! Our laws can be so dumb at times. Im for one am a animal lover. I have 3 dogs and a few cats. Theres no way in hell I could ever do such a thing like that. You couldnt pay me a million dollars! Grrrr Im going to stop writting before I say a few bad words >:((

This gets sadder n sadder the more you think about it or read about it. You know I don't think even a person who isn't a animal lover could even do such a thing. Not speaking of myself here, just in general, I don't think sumone who wasn't so attached to lil furry friends could think of this, cuz you just know when reading this that it is truly outrageous and needs to stop cuz it's just wrong and very sick, takes sumone to be a pysicotic in order to do such a thing. Hope I spelled that rite. Where are the rites of these animals??? Sum1 did say here that animals should be fixed by law, I think that is well said cuz I have always believed that it should be like that. You see these poor off families who have like god only knows how many pets that have flees and ticks and god only knows what else,an it's not fair for these animals to be treated like this, an what makes it worst is they seem to have batches of newborns every year. I don't get it. I know you can love animals but you have to understand where you must draw the line when raising them and look at how much you can afford to put in to these animals and always take into consideration of there health and pet supplies as well. These factors are very important and many over look that. They think that all it requires is food and fresh water and maybe a liter box. C'mon now? There poor thinking ...leads to this!!!! Man, it's just upsetting. More needs to be done, and it shouldn't be done like this....laws need to be put into effect and there should be people passing homes requiring people to pay to have there animals fixed and whatever else needs to be done. Sorry for such a long response but it's just soooo wrong to have to see such a horrible n disrespectful act. :oo

Meet Lily... No one wants Lily because they think she is ugly. Personally, I have never seen an ugly dog in my life. They are all of God's creatures, and are all his blessings. Surely someone out there is looking just for little Lily. Please, don't wait long. Mercer Co. HS and I have worked hard to find little Lilly a home. No one will even look at her; she's had no interest at the shelter. She is young, just 7 months or so. She's small and loving. We have asked folks why they wouldn't consider her. Two of the three people asked said, 'Well, she's ugly.' That just breaks my heart. We, as a society, are so wrapped up in appearance, that we don't see the shining souls behind the facade.

How many of us have been judged not good looking enough, not smart enough, not rich enough.....every day we are judged by appearances, and not for our souls. The only difference in us and Lilly is that we aren't put to death because no one sees our inner beauty. Lilly has until next week.

PLEASE, if you are one of those people who cares about the contents, and could care less about the vessel, PLEASE give Lilly a chance.
