Oye... need help posting pics - AGAIN

I have a new puppy and want to post the pics here so they show up everytime I post.  Does that go in my siggy?  And I have forgotten which link I use after uploading to Image Shack - there are 4 links, which do I choose and where do I add it to my post to make it show up everytime?

Choose the last one and put the tags on the outside of them...  [img]    [      /img]  Leave out the spaces in the one I put in red. Put the last link in imageshack between the tags for siggys and posting pictures in the posts.  O0
