I have done all I can to make the thunder popper work and still no workin, the other one I purchased is working fine, but I want to be refunded or trade the thunder popper, will they do that? I had to do another system restore for my computer now the codes for thunder popper are invalid again. I just want to be refunded or a different one. I have a headache. thanks for the help.

I am not sure if you tried this or not, but try playing it in the classic mode.  I was having all kinds of problems until I switched to another mode (theme) of poppit.
