I sent a personal check to badgehelp and also the programs and codes. It was sent from ohio and I sent it out sat. the 20th of oct. Shouldn;t they have it by now?

Don't forget BH is located in California where the wild fires have been happening. I'm sure the mail is probably backed up out there. It could take the post office a while depending on how things have been affected out there.
