Help with adding personal photo

I have been trying to put a photo in my profile and it keeps telling me it is to big, maybe I need to go on a diet at 288 pounds, :))I even created a profile on myspace against my better judgement so I could add a photo to my profile here and to no avail !@#$

can anyone help this old Pennsylvania Dutchmen please  :'((

is there anyone I can send it to to edit it and enter it in my profile

The pic can't be bigger than 150 x 150 pixels.

Upload it to imageshack and have them resize it.
