trying to load cheat

hi just redid my puter and saved my codes for a cheat but cant figure out how to  get it loaded i down loaded it back on to puter but says my code isnt right one  can anyone help ?

Whenever you reformat your pc it changes the registration codes for the programs when you redownload them.

good to know maybe thats whay i always have trouble with mine.  I thought it seemed to be whenever there was a update it would show i needed to reregister.  It gets real annoying!!b
