Weird thing going down my screen HELP!

there is grey strip gown down my computer screen its like 3 inch. idk how to take it off and dont know how it got there in there first place anyone know how i can take it off?

You may have inadvertantly hit the controls for horizontal or vertical.

Some monitors have controls around the edge of the screen that allow you to reposition your screen.

do u know how to check it? i been lookin all over my computer and havent found a way to take it off. Also What is it suppose to be Horizantal or virtical?

Look along the edge of your computer. There are usually buttons or dials that you can use to adjust the position of your screen.

For example my monitor has controls for horizontal, vertical, width and height.

Could be ur video card or chip, sum can cause 3D shadows an u can uncheck that. If not that....I have no idea. Sorry
