The Significance of Signing Out

You've seen the little "Sign Out" link at the top right hand corner of our site, but perhaps you've wondered why you'd ever want to sign out. We certainly have! But, of course, there are instances when signing out of Pogo is a good thing. For instance, if you share a computer, you will always want to sign out. Maybe you have an Uncle Schmoe who loves nothing more than to cash in tokens, even if they aren't his. You would prevent his ability to cash in yours by signing out after your session. You will also definitely want to sign out if you use Pogo.com in any public place (like a library or Internet café).

Video Poker is now "Jacks or Better!"

You'll soon notice that the game that we all know and love as "Video Poker" will now be called "Jacks or Better" on the Pogo home page. Actually, we've always called the game "Jacks or Better" - it even says so on the left-hand side of the game. Now we're making the name official! Don't worry, we're not planning any changes to the game itself - we still love the game just as it is!

You'll also see that we're re-organizing our Casino section of the home page to make it easier to find the games you love to play. Our three Slots games will be arranged within their own sub-section of the category, and our three Video Poker games will also get their own sub-section. We hope that this will make it even faster for you to "place your bets!"
