according to the internet and tv he should hang before 10 pm eastern time he has been handed over to iraqi government

CNN this morning had a couple clips. Showed the noose being put around his neck, without the hood.  But then I left the room.  So I don't know just how much CNN showed.

There is a video of him wrapped in a white shroud, I really couldn't tell if him, as his head was turned.
