Yes, it's true.  I have done my own digging and have found another new game to be released in a few decades from pogo!  It is called The Waiting Game.  There are no graphics so far, but I was told that the concept is going to be really cool.  You play as Tex Carter who sits around and checks pogo every day when he wakes up, hoping for something to be released.  And every day, he is disappointed to find that absolutely nothing has changed.  Some days, he finds that pogo is down, and he gets his hopes up that something will be there when it returns.  But then, no.  No.  Nothing.  And then he is disappointed again.  It is almost as fun as the 12 zodiac boards of Mahjong Garden! 

There are 53 ranks in this game, and you gain ranks though how many times you make Tex Carter check the website.  Badges at ranks 10, 20, 30, 40, 52 and a half.  Here are the badges:

Rank 10 -- Helpful Homeless Dog Badge.  Earned at 3 billion website checks (easily attainable your first time playing the game).  This little badge features everyone's favorite pal, homeless dog, sniffing out helpful pogo info!  Also, features our hero, Tex Carter, checking BH for this info, and getting all excited about the upcoming release of a new game!

Rank 20 -- The Bitter Betty Badge.  Earned at 30 billion website checks (slightly more annoying to get).  This badge features Tex Carter sitting at his computer wondering where the new release is.  Like, seriously wonder what is going on with Pogo, and why it is taking so long to release the game.

Rank 30 -- The Just Missed the Beta Signup Badge.  Earned at 300 Billion website checks (okay, now you have to be compulsive to get this).  This badge features a hard-working Tax Carter, coming home from a hard day of work as a tax attorney (since treasure hunting was driving his insurance costs throught he roof), only to find that he missed the beta signup by a mere 13 seconds.  Tex then proceeds to punish his wife, Betty Chiffon, and all their children in a fit of absolute pogo rage.  They all completely understand, because they, too, are pogo addicts.  Yes.  Even little Billy Chiffon-Carter, at a mere 2 years old, is completely addicted to pogo.  His favorite game...was Animal Ark Mah Johng.  Never again.

Rank 40 -- The Missing Badge Badge.  Earned at 3 trillion website checks (seriously have to quit work and sleep to get this one).  This badge features Tex Carter actually winning a jackpot spin!  But much to his dismay, the badge is taken away.  He contacts pogo customer support and found that one day, his now-missing wife, Betty Chiffon, downloaded an auto to use with payday freecell thus nullifying his long-awaited win!!  Hardly worth the badge which was earned, and has now cost him his double jackpot of $4,999.99.  To make matters worse, he receives his credit card bill to find that Betty actually PAID for the auto program!  Tex Carter can do nothing but curl up in the fetal position, suck his thumb, and cry himself to sleep...only to wake up to check to see if the new game is out yet!  But no.  No, it is not.

Rank 52 and a half -- The New Game Release Badge.  Earned at 300 trillion website checks (no we have no idea why this badge is SO much more than the other ones.  No, we simply do not understand why the ranks did not progress normally after rank 40.  Please, don't ask us).  Tex Carter wakes up to find Hog Heaven has finally, finally finally after 15 long, hard, grueling, bitter, lonely, disappointing years been released.  After loading the game room in anticipation, and playing a paltry (and glitchy...but who cares, it's new, you can ignore the glitches right now) 13 seconds of the game (the same amount of time which he missed the beta by), pogo closes all the new game rooms and removes the game due to technical problems.  For good.  Tex puts his head in his hands, and all he can do is cry.  He is then smashed by a boulder, charred by fire, and eaten by a giant man-eating plant.  His remains are spit out of the plant and carried away by a giant bird.  The bird is then hit by an arrow from the tiki brothers, and his remains fall into a canyon deep below the lost temple, falling into the depths of atlantis where a giant octopus shoots it with ink.  Take that.  Tex decides it's time to go back to treasure hunting.  See you in the next game...COMING SOON!!!  MwahahahahhahahahahAHAHHAHAHAHAHH

36 Chain Badge -- If you can manage to get Tex to check the website 36 times in a row you get this super skillful badge!  Oh we meant...36 ZILLION times in a row.  This badge features Tex trying to multitask:  double-browing playing poker, checking BH AND myspace, downloading and watching the latest episoded of "Desperate Housewives" and ignoring his wife and kids.

Super Secret Waiting Game Badge -- If you can get Tex to check the website at a certain time on a certain day in a certain secret special way, you will get this badge.  This badge features Spike doing something generic.

And I heard that none of these badges will be animated or premium-like.  Pogo's got talent!  Can't wait to see some screens.
