Hog Heaven Rank and badge Question

I was in a room and they were talking about a secret badge that comes after rank 50. From what I was reading in chat. It occurs at rank 60.  Just wondering if anybody else has heard this or has gotten the badge

OK, just went their to play and it tells me I have reached the highest rank, rank 50, so wouldn't know how they say rank 60  :-\
