Amish Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup butter -- (real)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs -- beat well
4 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar


Instructions:


Mix together, beat well and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet (slightly greased).
Bake 10 minutes in 375 degree oven.

Notes:
Makes about 65 cookies.

Well It's like this, once upon a time a wood and coal stove was invented and believe it or not, they are still used to this day  O0

I love a wood stove & wish I could use one where I live at but can't have 1 cause I'm too close to town limits, stupid laws.   !@#$
