Are you sure Homer? On the Pogo Mobile badge page, it says achieve "Rank 42 to earn this badge" for the last Aces Up! badge.

You earn the 5 badges at ranks:  2, 4, 8, 23, 42
This is probably typed wrong though.

I don't think they've gave up completely yet, all badges are still attainable.

They may not have moved the badges over to the special book yet but my cell phone will no longer connect to pogo's jp server.

I was a late buyer for the pogo to go games, I have Poppit & Wordwhomp that I bought awhile back but never finished... I've been playing them on my smoke breaks... I am still connecting to the JP server without any problems (just did today).  Not sure if It'll give me the badge???  I'll let ya's know in a couple weeks when I get my last WW badge.
