Neighbors who find any excuse to party all night, get drunk and leave their young children unattended in the swimming pool.

People who get into the 10 items or less lane in the grocery store with half a basket of groceries.

People at the driveup ATM who have none of their transaction ready.

People who ignore your "No Soliciting" sign, which is right next to your door bell!

Liars... specifically brothers who can't accept responsibility for their actions, so they lie about it and cause other people to have to clean up their mess.

Not being able to sleep.  ++

Painters who paint over the glass in the window and don't bother to clean it!
